Went to Bali last month for 5 days. Love the photos taken there simply because the scenery is awesome!

I exposed myself too long time under the scorching sun in Bali. Not for surfing, not for sunbathing, not for shopping but mainly for camwhoring. I'm such a crazy girl! I think my skin is now three tones darker. Please rescue my tanned skin!

Some photos in Bali....

I'm now working hard after a short break and an escapade. Going to Penang for field audit this Sunday.

Yummy foods are waiting for me!!!

Pre-wedding Photos (Part 1)

Hey guys, I believe all of you have been long waiting for my pre-wedding photos. But please forgive me because I have more than 400 photos to choose. I think I'm super crazy because I can sit in front of my laptop for more than 4 hours a day to choose my photos. And I don't mean only one day. It took me more than 1 week to finalise all the photos chosen including the album cover photo, canvas potrait and so on.....

Now I realised this is the disadvantages of having all soft copies of the pre-wedding photos taken because I spent so long time to choose my photos whereas others spent only one day.

Here's are the photos......... Hope you enjoy viewing. If possible, tell me which one that you like most. Hehe....

Super love this photo.....

And I'm pretty sure you want to know how my future husband looks like.......

Handsome or not? But I don't like his hairstyle because his hair was too long that time. But don't worry, you will have another opportunity to see a better hairstyle as we still have second pre-wedding shooting at Putra Jaya.

I love this gown so much til I changed my shooting date in order to get it. Nice or not?

There are more photos to come...... Make sure you visit me often!!!

New Header!!!

Changed my header finally. Just a simple and quick one without adding any design on it because I'm so fed up with the old one.

Get cheated by someone who promised to design me a proper and cute header. You know who is that liar? The liar is going to be my HUSBAND after 3 months.

Shall I forgive him? Haha... I want to revenge on my actual wedding day. Wait and see... I think wearing bra and bikini is already an old idea. Maybe I should come out with a new and creative one. Any idea?

Here is one of the photos for THE MAKING of my pre-wedding photoshoot. I love this photo very much....

Telawi Street Bistro

This month is the beginning of peak season for the staffs in the firm I'm working in.

We work overtime and thus, we overwork, overeat, oversit and all are overstressed.

Anyway, I'm getting two weeks leave on next month. Hurray!!! But I think I'm going to die faster because these two weeks will be my study leave for my coming exam on June. I hate exams! Help me!!!

Help me with good foods ok?

Back to the star of this post, Telawi Street Bistro.

I went to this bistro at Bangsar with Cheesie and Chris last month, just to have a pre-birthday dinner with my sweet and best friend.

Non smoking area of the bistro

Introducing a new drink to you, liquor-look-alike ubat batuk. Tasted weird!

Champagne. Sorry, I can't even accept the taste of champagne. I'm liquor-intolerant. But I love red wine steak!

The most expensive mushroom soup I've ever tried. About RM30. However, it was far under my expectation.

This looked like a slice of wholemeal bread topped with salad

It's actually called "Country style terrine of duck & foie gras with toasted ciabatta and onion marmalade". Foie gras is Cheesie's favourite.

Thai style chicken with green risotto. I super love the risotto. A perfect combination of Italian & Thai ingredients which was strongly recommended by Cheesie. I actually forgot how it tasted. Only remember that it was quite spicy

Ravioli of braised wagyu cheek with herb salad and spicy slipper lobster. This was what I ordered. And i think it was the highlight of the dinner. Just love it.

Ok, that's all for now. I'm blogging this in my office during working hour. Haha.....

Happy Birthday to CHEESIE

This post is specially dedicated to my best friend, Cheesie, the famous & gorgeous female blogger from Malaysia.

I'm so sorry that I do not have much time to write but at least, I could blog it today.
Thanks for your company, concern and support in these 12 years. What? 12 years? Incredible!

For me, it's not easy to be so close with a friend for so long time.
Honestly, I miss the time when we "lepak" at shopping complexes during school time. I miss the time when we went out to camwhore by wearing same clothing and shoes. I remember how we passed through the pain of the first love. We encouraged and motivated each other by sharing our inner thoughts. Not only that, we even made wishes whenever an eyelash dropped in order to help our dreams come true. (So silly right? Don't laugh ok?)

Dear, you've been influencing and helping me a lot. Don't worry, the influences are all positive one. I am in awe of your boundless generosity and your infinite kindness. I really want to thank you for being such a nice, caring and lovely friend to me. I feel blessed to know you.
Friendship is about bringing out the positive when everything seems negative. I hope our friendship will last forever and do remember to call me should you need help though I know there are so many volunteers are queuing to offer.

So, its time to wish you
HAPPY BIRTHDAY! May your birthday wishes all come true, even if you have a ton. May each hour and minute be filled with delight, and your birthday be perfect for you!

Busy Days

Auditors' life is so tough, I mean if you are working in big audit firms.

Deadlines must be met and queries have to be answered in the shortest time frame in order to avoid deficiency of time cost, which will in the end affect our performance appraisal.

Ok. This is just a short recent about my dissatisfaction towards my job. I hope I could bear with this for at least 3 years.

I don't know why I'm so emotional these days. I tend to lose temper easily and always feel insecure. Sigh.... Maybe I'm having pre-menopause symptoms rather than pre-menstrual symptoms.

But now, at least I can please and comfort myself by looking at the latest skincare products I bought.

Not because it's super good (I just started to use them).
It was a super deal!

This is what I get by paying

RM350 is the price for the advanced night repair protective recovery complex (75ml). This is the limited edition as the normal advanced night repair is just 50ml and it costs about RM280 if I’m not mistaken. See the free gifts I received!!!

Two advanced night repair eye recovery complex (5ml each). The selling price of a 15ml size complex is RM180 if you buy it at counter. Super happy!!!

One Hydra Complete (15ml) for combination skin, one eye makeup remover (30ml) and one Idealist (7ml).

Not only this….. I got a
FREE Vichy spring water worth RM20 and a small tube size sample of Vichy Normaderm Night Daily Corrective Care (Night) when I purchased the Vichy Normaderm Anti-imprefection Hydrating Care.

Oh my goodness. I wonder when I can get free ticket to Bali. Though the ticket I purchased was ZERO fare ticket, but I still need to pay RM80 for the expensive admin fee and airport tax plus the newly added luggage charge. I didn’t pick my seat because I just do not want to make Tony Fernandas richer. I want myself to be richer! I hate hidden expenses. And what’s more? They automatically put in the insurance when they calculate the total airfares you need to pay and makes you think that it’s compulsory to purchase the insurance. So at the end, you will still pay them if you do not know how to cancel the insurance.

However, I still choose to fly with Airasia because it’s the cheapest. Choosing Airasia can help to relieve my pre-menopause symptoms. What makes me feel secure? Cash in hand or cash at bank lo.

Chinese New Year is over!

What I’ve done during this Chinese New Year?

span style="font-size:120%;">Apart from having sumptuous meals and “lou sang”; house visiting and gathering with old friends, I’ve finalised my budget for the year and started planning for the most significant change in my life (will tell you when the timing is right).

Some photos taken during gathering and house visit

Primary school classmates gathering at Oriental Seafood Restaurant. I was so happy to meet all of them, especially Beverly who came back from U.S.

The best news for this Chinese New Year is…..

I got my annual bonus and semi-annual increment despite the retrenchments and other cost cutting measures caused by the financial crisis. Hurray!!!

Italian + Japanese = Delicious Cuisine

One day, my friend brought me to Pasta Zanmai at Mid Valley to try the special food with the mixture of Italian and Japanese of cooking style and ingredients.

If you have a plate of pasta in Japanese style sauce topped with sashimi or grilled eel….. Hmmm…. Can you imagine how does it taste like?

Entrance of Pasta Zanmai

Grilled Scallops. (Comment: Mediocre)

Spaghetti with teriyaki chicken

Can you see the half-boiled egg? It makes me drool. (Comment: Others said it was good but for me, I don’t really like their Teriyaki chicken)

Unagi pizza

This pizza did taste heavenly delicious as illustrated in the menu. I super love the half-boiled egg and the seaweed they put on top of the pizza, which made the whole thing so perfect and special.

Unagi was grilled to the perfection and the pizza crust was so thin and crispy.

So far I have tried two types of pizzas here and honestly, I just love the way they baked it. It’s so special and even finger-licking good. If you do not know what to order here, just pick a pizza and I’m sure you will be surprised and impressed. Satisfaction guaranteed!

Try their baked potato as well!

A very good dining place for superb dining experience!

Back to school!

Ok.... I'm super busy during this Chinese New Year. Supposed to blog this long long time ago. Sorry!

I received the registration pack from ACCA two weeks ago.

I'm back to school after two months of hesitation. I'm unsure whether this is a wise decision. I'm afraid of examinations!!! Plus, I worry I can't cope with the heavy workload (2 times of my weight.. LOL) and the terrible examinations that will make me look 5 years older. The hard works, tension and sleepless nights will do magic on my face and very soon, I will have to use SAND PAPER to smoothen my fine lines and wrinkles.

I don't know how many sleepless nights I need to spend in order to pass the remaining 7 papers. I still clearly remember how did I do revision and die try hard to memorise all the definitions, concepts, formulas, elaborations and examples during my uni life.

Studying part time is not easy at all. The most difficult part is, I need to travel all the way from Seremban to KL every Thursday at 4pm (Yes, my company allows us to leave earlier for classes) to attend the extremely boring 3 hours class.

Anyway, this Chinese New Year holiday makes me so happy as it gave me chances to gather with my friends and spend more time with my loved one.

BDO's Annual Dinner 2008

A very late update...... Gomenasai.

I just recovered from fever and flu. You know what? I had been feeling ill (really ill) for one week and after few days of "resting in peace" without much eating and drinking, I lost 2kg weight. HURRAY!!!

I wish I could fall sick for one more time so that I could flatten my tummy (CHOI....).

Back to what I've promised you.....

My first annual dinner in BDO

I don't have any UN cultural costumes, so I only wore this.....

With white blink blink flower clip and pearls on my hair

I love this photo. Look super cute!

My 4 inches heel and diamante on my toes

Ice sculpture

Me and Wei Liang

Registration counter was so crowded

Many of them wore Chinese traditional costumes.

The pretty Indian lady is our office cleaner, with her sharp pink colour Sari.

Olivia and me

The ballroom that accommodated about 400 staffs

Anyone that you like and want me to introduce to you? Drop me a message if you are interested... LOL

From the left: Vivian, me, Debbie and Lilian

Me and Nic. Nic won the third prize of the Best Costume Award with his DIY special hat and modern Hawaian look

The girl in Korean costume won the second prize for the Best Costume Award. She got RM100 cash prize. Surprisingly, there was no staff wearing Kimono on that night, which I thought it should be wore by many ladies. Aiya, I should have rented one Kimono so I could beat all the contestants and walk away with the cash prize of RM800!

Lucky draw. I was not lucky enough to get the home theatre system, not even a RM50 shopping voucher.

Seremban staffs with Dato Gan

Someone bought me a Christmas and New Year gift........

Thank you. I love it so much.

Diamante is in the trend now!
